BERLIN (AP) _ Dameyune Craig threw four first-half touchdown passes to lead the Scottish Claymores to a 48-14 victory over the Berlin Thunder Saturday.

Less than five minutes into the game, Craig connected with Jesse Haynes for a 86-yard bomb, setting the stage for a one-sided contest that spoiled the home debut of the Thunder, NFL Europe's newest team.

While Thunder quarterbacks Andre Ware and Chuck Clemons were struggling, Craig finished the half 11-of-14 for 214 yards and three other scoring passes of 14, 20 and 13 yards.

The Claymores, which led 35-7 at the half, moved to 2-0. Berlin fell to 0-2 after a tough 21-20 loss to Frankfurt Galaxy in the team's opener last week.

Ware, the former Heisman Trophy winner, finished 11-of-21 for 134 yards and two TD passes. Clemons was 9-of-24 for 123 and two interceptions.

The game turned into a rout after Ware's 6-yard TD pass cut the Scottish team's lead to 14-7 with 22 seconds left in the first quarter.

Craig then riddled the Thunder secondary for three of his TD passes in the second quarter finishing the game with 16-of-24 passing for 290 yards and 4 TDs.
