OAXACA, Mexico (AP) _ Three days of heavy rains in southern Mexico triggered landslides and caused rivers to overflow their banks. At least two people were killed.

Both deaths occurred Thursday in the state of Oaxaca. A driver was killed when he was forced off the road by a landslide near the Pacific Coast.

Another man was swept away by flood waters from the overflowing Rio Ostutta in San Francisco Ixhuatan.

Flooding was also reported in the neighboring state of Chiapas.
