German man and Taiwan woman win Bowling World Cup

CAIRO, Egypt (AP) _ Germany's Christian Nokel won the men's title and Taiwan's Su-Fen Tseng took the women's crown at the AMF Bowling World Cup Saturday.
Tseng, a 23-year-old student from Taipei, beat Korea's Lee Ji-Soon 236-225 in the championship match. Lee had advanced by defeating Malaysia's Shalin Zulkifli 203-190.
Nokel, a 32-year-old computer programmer from Berlin, defeated Belgium's Gery Verbruggen 212-178 and top-seeded Y.N. Peng of Taiwan 210-200.
The finals were held at a specially built outdoor bowling arena next to the Great Pyramids of Giza.
