ABERDEEN, S.D. — TransCanada is unearthing a portion of the Keystone Pipeline in northeastern South Dakota after an inspection detected potential issues with the line's coating. There are no reported leaks, but federal officials ordered the work. The section being checked is about 15 miles north of where a crack in the pipeline caused a 407,000-gallon leak last year.
