JERUSALEM (AP) _ Israel's Cabinet early Friday decided to call up some reserves to deal with an increase in Palestinian terror attacks, an Israeli Cabinet minister said Friday after a marathon emergency Cabinet session.
Cabinet Minister Raanan Cohen said the main decision was to impose total isolation on Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat. Even before the all-night Cabinet session ended, Israeli tanks entered the West Bank town of Ramallah and surrounded Arafat's compound.
