VEGAS MASSACRE VICTIMS RAIL AGAINST MGM'S LAWSUIT

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (AP) — Remember the feeling you had when you heard that MGM Resorts International was suing the victims of the mass shooting in Las Vegas that left 58 people dead. You can only imagine how the actual victims and families of the dead are feeling about the situation. Now we know. Several victims of the Vegas massacre say they're outraged that they are being sued by MGM to avoid legal responsibility for the massacre. MGM filed suits in at least seven states last week. The company is doing so to declare that it has no liability for the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history.

KAUFMAN, Texas (AP) — Stormy Daniels is on the outs with her husband. He has filed for divorce from his porn star wife. The filing, made in Texas, cites adultery as the reason for the split — and in it Glendon Crain is seeking sole custody of the couple's 7-year-old daughter. He's also seeking child support and most of the couple's community property. Daniels has said she had an affair with Donald Trump more than a decade before he became president. Daniel's lawyer says in a tweet that the couple decided jointly to end their marriage — and that Daniels disputes the "accuracy" of the filing.
