LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) _ Kim Loves Bucky beat Man from Wicklow by a half-length Wednesday to win the Grade III $150,000 Elkhorn Stakes at Keeneland for the second straight year.

Earlier Wednesday, jockey Pat Day bruised his neck and shoulder after falling off Nut Lovin in the third race. Day, Keeneland's career leader in victories, was back at the track later in the day.

Kim Loves Bucky, a six-year-old bay gelding ridden by Kent Desormeaux, covered 1 1/2-miles on the turf in 2:05.34, and paid $25.80, $8.80 and $6.40.

The son of Green Dancer earned $93,000 for owners Kim and John Glenney.

Man from Wicklow returned $3.20 and $2.60, and Williams News paid $9.20 to show.

Kim Loves Bucky won for the fifth time in 23 career starts and raised his career earnings to $402,759.
