NATICK, Mass. (AP) _ Medical device maker Boston Scientific and Minneapolis-based medical technology company Medtronic said Tuesday they had settled three patent lawsuits concerning coronary technology.
Terms of the settlement were not disclosed. The suits involved patents related to coronary stent delivery systems and balloon dilation catheters, which both companies manufacture.
Six patent litigation lawsuits remain outstanding between the two companies, said Boston Scientific spokesman Paul Donovan.
