DREXEL HILL, Pa. (AP) — Police say a mother has been arrested after dropping 29 bags of the powerful opioid fentanyl in the parking lot of a Pennsylvania elementary school while dropping off her child.
Twenty-nine-year-old Dollinda Williams turned herself in on Tuesday and faces charges including drug possession and endangering the welfare of children.
Police say the drugs were discovered by other parents at St. Bernadette of Lourdes School in Drexel Hill on Thursday.
WCAU-TV reports that no children were injured.
An attorney for Williams declined to comment on the charges.
