J.P. Morgan upgraded the company's stock rating to ``neutral'' from ``underweight.''
Qwest Communications International Inc., down 24 cents at $4.40
The telecom company posted a narrower quarterly loss.
AdvancePCS Inc., up $7.45 at $47.45; Caremark Rx Inc., down $2.10 at $23.30
Caremark said it would acquire the pharmacy benefit manager in a deal valued at about $6 billion.
Siebel Systems Inc., up 50 cents at $11.01
Credit Suisse First Boston raised the tech company's stock rating to ``outperform'' from ``neutral.''
