SEATTLE (AP) — Seattle police say they have arrested a 28-year-old ride-share driver who reportedly groped a passenger.
The woman told police she had been picked up by the driver Wednesday afternoon, and that he began groping her as she sat in the front seat. She told police she shouted at the man to stop, but he continued.
Police say she eventually got out of the vehicle in Seattle's First Hill neighborhood and went to Harborview Medical Center's Sexual Assault and Trauma Center. She provided the driver's name and photo to police.
Officers tracked the driver down and arrested him outside his Shoreline home shortly after 1 a.m. Thursday.
