GSX Gizmo for Office 365 provides service delivery monitoring for full cloud or hybrid deployment of Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Skype for Business, and any on-premises components (such as Azure Active Directory Connect and Active Directory FS) that participate in the delivery of the service to the end users.
Office 365 API and protocols enable GSX Solutions to perform end-user scenarios, including mail routing, free/busy checks, voice call quality, upload and download attachment and much more.
