BRADENTON, Fla. (AP) _ A small plane towing a banner in memory of a teen-ager killed in a car accident crashed, killing the pilot.
The wreckage was found in a field after the plane was reported overdue at the St. Petersburg-Clearwater airport.
The pilot, Brian Mason, 21, worked for a banner advertising company. On Thursday night, he towed a banner over Clearwater High School during graduation.
The banner wished ``heavenly love'' from Ricky Teal, an 18-year-old who was killed in January when his car hit a tree.
The cause of the plane crash was under investigation.
