HONOLULU (AP) _ Alicia Pontious scored 18 points as 13 Wahines scored in No. 20 Hawaii's 97-66 victory over New Mexico State in a Big West Conference game Friday night.

The Wahines took the lead for good at 13-12, and extended it to 40-33 by the half. Hawaii moved out to a 62-48 lead midway through the second half.
