LOS ANGELES (AP) _ A 9-year-old boy concluded his testimony Wednesday in the McMartin Pre- School mass molestation case by drawing a picture of a bathroom where he said he was molested by a teacher.

Defense attorneys later said the bathroom, which had several stalls in the boy's drawing, did not exist. The McMartin school has no multi-stall bathrooms, and each classroom has an individual bathroom next to it, attorney Dean Gits said outside court.

The boy, identified only as John Doe No. 3, was the fourth child to testify in the 8-month-old preliminary hearing, being held to determine if seven former teachers at the closed Manhattan Beach school will face trial on 208 charges.

The child, under cross-examination Tuesday had said he was sodomized and forced to perform oral sex on Ray Buckey in the bathroom.

Those allegations contradicted his earlier testimony. Under questioning last Wednesday by Deputy District Attorney Glenn Stevens, the boy had said the 26-year-old Buckey had only ''touched (the boy's) private parts'' with his hands.

Stevens, discussing the contradictions, said the child ''was embarrassed being in court (on the first day). He seemed nervous and anxious. Now he's more comfortable and can talk about it.''

Defense attorney Eliseo Gauna said the child's answers are untrue.

''I don't think the kid knows where he's been or where he's going,'' he said.
