CINCINNATI (AP) _ Iraq stands alone as the greatest threat to world peace, and the United States will lead a global coalition to strip President Saddam Hussein of his weapons of mass destruction, according to a speech President Bush had prepared for delivery in a rare evening address to the nation.
``The time for denying, deceiving and delaying has come to an end. Saddam Hussein must disarm himself or, for the sake of peace, we will lead a coalition to disarm him,'' according to the Bush text.
