WOODLAND PARK, N.J. (AP) _ Pacific DataVision Inc. (PDVW) on Friday reported a loss of $12.3 million in its fiscal first quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Woodland Park, New Jersey-based company said it had a loss of 85 cents. Losses, adjusted for restructuring costs and asset impairment costs, were 54 cents per share.

The wireless communications company posted revenue of $1.9 million in the period.

Pacific DataVision shares have declined 5 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed nearly 4 percent in the last 12 months.
