BU: 1 student injured in marathon explosions

BOSTON (AP) — Boston University says on its website that one of its students has been injured in the explosions at the Boston Marathon.
The university said unidentified student was being treated at Boston Medical Center.
Dean of Students Kenneth Elmore said all athletes associated with the university who took part in the race are safe and accounted for.
Peter Fiedler, vice president of administrative services, says several medical volunteers from BU's student health services were assisting at the race medical tent at the finish line were not hurt.
