RIVER FALLS, Wis. (AP) _ Kansas City Chiefs video assistant Todd Weger hit his head after falling from an equipment truck and was being treated at a hospital.
Chiefs coach Dick Vermeil said Saturday he had no information on Weger's condition. He was taken to a hospital in nearby St. Paul, Minn.
Weger was injured Friday night when he fell off the back of the six-wheel vehicle near the practice grounds in River Falls, Vermeil said. It was not immediately known if the vehicle was moving.
``He was conscious at the hospital, then they took him to a trauma center in St. Paul to check him out,'' Vermeil said. ``That's about all I know at the moment. We're all waiting to hear. Last night he was communicating with people.''
