LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) _ Kentucky Derby-winning jockey Mike Smith rode Razor to a four-length victory over Crimson Stag on Saturday in the $109,700 Matt Winn Stakes for 3-year-olds at Churchill Downs.

Trained by Steve Asmussen, Razor covered six furlongs in 1:09.48 and paid $4.20, $3 and $2.60. Crimson Stag returned $4.20 and $3.20, and Sir Laff Alot paid $3.80 to show.

Razor, a son of Concorde's Tune, earned $68,014 for his fourth victory in eight starts to boost his career total to $169,244 for Satish Sanan's Padua Stables.

Smith won the Kentucky Derby aboard Giacomo.
