OXFORD, England (AP) _ Actor Dudley Moore on Saturday picked up his two diplomas from Oxford University - 32 years late.
The 55-year-old actor attended the Magdalen College graduation ceremonies and collected his Master of Arts and Bachelor of Music degrees.
Moore said he ''forgot'' to pick up the diplomas after finishing classes in 1958.
''I just didn't seem to get round to it, but if I did have a reason I don't think I'm going to explain why,'' said Moore, who starred in films including ''Arthur'' and ''10.''
The actor said the visit to Oxford, 52 miles northwest of London, brought back memories of his university days when he studied the organ.
''It just reminded me how comatose I was when I came here,'' he said. ''I don't think I used my time here as I wanted to. I wasn't working as hard as I might have done, but I think that is everybody's complaint when they are here.''
After the ceremony Moore, and his wife, Brogan, attended a garden party at Magdalen College. The actor was also scheduled to give an organ recital in the college chapel.
