PHOENIX (AP) _ Penny Hardaway and Corie Blount on Wednesday practiced with the Phoenix Suns for the first time this preseason.

Tony Delk, sidelined since Oct. 7 with a bruised heel, also was back at practice.

Hardaway and Blount, a forward, underwent off-season knee surgeries, Hardaway on May 26 and Blount on Sept. 26.

Delk and Blount planned to accompany the Suns on a three-game exhibition road trip that begins Thursday night against Minnesota in Fargo, N.D.

Hardaway's return to game action is uncertain. He has said he plans to play in the final preseason game Oct. 26 against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Delk, signed as a free agent, is expected to back up both Hardaway at shooting guard and Jason Kidd at point guard. Delk injured his heel in the team's training camp scrimmage in Flagstaff.
