NEW YORK (AP) _ Composer Philip Glass will be a focal point of this summer's Lincoln Center Festival.

Glass, whose works include music from the movie ``The Thin Blue Line'' and ``Kundun,'' will be featured in ``A Glass Celebration,'' which will include premieres and retrospectives of his compositions. In addition, his new opera, ``White Raven,'' will make its U.S. premiere at the annual summer festival.

Among others featured during the two-week celebration will be playwright Harold Pinter, who will direct two productions and act in a third, and African musician Youssou N'Dour.

The festival, now in its sixth year, runs from July 10 to July 29.
