MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. (AP) _ Shane Kline-Ruminski had 26 points and seven rebounds as Bowling Green beat shorthanded Central Michigan 75-57, the school-record 12th straight loss for the Chippewas.

The Chippewas (3-16, 0-11 Mid-American Conference) were without leading scorer Thomas Kilgore because of a deep thigh bruise and had only six healthy players. Four of the starters played 36 minutes or more with two playing the entire game.

The game was close at halftime with the Falcons (13-6, 7-4) leading 25-23. But Bowling Green outshot the Chippewas 58 percent to 40 percent in the second half and outrebounded Central 43-28 for the game.

Floyd Miller had 12 points and seven rebounds for Bowling Green. Ryan Jansen scored 21 points for Central, Vince Edwards had 14 and Chad Guelda had 11 points and 12 rebounds.
