— CRASH-BOY KILLED-SHOPLIFTING — A New Jersey man convicted of leaving his 2-year-old son to die after a crash in Pennsylvania is now headed to prison.
— TOURIST DEATH-SENTENCING — A 27-year-old Florida woman has been sentenced to six years in prison for leaving the scene of a crash that killed a New Jersey tourist.
— LOAN MODIFICATION FRAUD — The owner of a purported loan modification consulting company who fraudulently billed clients more than $400,000 for services he never performed has been sentenced to nearly five years in prison.
— FREIGHT TRAIN DERAIL — Authorities in New Jersey say a freight train has partially derailed.
