BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) _ Brian Langtry and Gavin Prout each had four goals and three assists to lead the Colorado Mammoth to a 16-9 victory over the Buffalo Bandits in the National Lacrosse League championship game Saturday night.

Colorado never trailed in the game en route to its first Champion's Cup.

The Mammoth led 7-2 at halftime, riding the strong goaltending of Gee Nash, who made 23 saves in the first half and 41 overall.

Jay Jalbert and Dan Stroup added two goals apiece for Colorado, which took advantage of Buffalo penalties to go 6-for-10 on the power play.

The Bandits were 0-for-1 with the man advantage. Troy Bonterre scored two goals for Buffalo, which was seeking its fourth league championship, and its first since 1996. The Bandits also title games in 1997 and 2004.

Buffalo goalie Steve Dietrich, the two-time NLL goalie of the year, struggled after a strong first quarter, allowing 13 goals and making 32 saves. Ken Montour made 12 saves on 14 shots in a relief stint for the Bandits.
