GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) _ Randy Bracy scored a game-high 22 points as William & Mary beat Furman 80-57 Wednesday.
Jim Moran added 17 points, 13 in the second half, and Bill Phillips, 11, for the Tribe.
Chuck Vincent scored 17 and Daniel Quigley added 14 for the Paladins.
Bracy scored seven points in a 15-4 run that ended the first half and gave the Tribe (4-2) a 36-22 lead. Moran then scored five to lead a 14-6 run to open the second period and increase the lead to 50-28 with just under 16 minutes to play.
Furman (1-5) closed to within 13 at 51-38 on a 10-1 run that included six straight by Quigley, but Wiliam & Mary snuffed the rally with seven straight points on a basket by Jermaine Harmon, a layup by Bracy and a 3-point shot by Bracy.
The Tribe took its largest lead at 76-50 after eight straight points, the last one a free throw by Terence Jennings with 3:32 remaining.
William & Mary shot 59 percent from the field, while Furman made 38 percent.
