MILWAUKEE (AP) _ Milwaukee Bucks center Ervin Johnson agreed to a two-year contract extension with the team.

The Bucks did not disclose financial terms in announcing the deal Tuesday. The extension runs through the 2004-05 season.

Johnson, who helped Milwaukee reach the Eastern Conference finals last season, has led the Bucks in rebounds and blocked shots in each of his four seasons with the team. The 6-foot-11 center averaged 7.5 rebounds and 1.2 blocks last season.

``Ervin is the kind of player that every team wishes they had. He has an unselfish attitude,'' Bucks general manager Ernie Grunfeld said. ``He's a tireless worker and he has a passion to win.''
