Judges highlighted the innovative nature of Ethoca’s recently released Integrated Solution Suite. This reduces the time it takes for merchants to be alerted to fraud and customer disputes from weeks to as little as a few minutes. Critically, it provides a unique opportunity to stop fulfillment and resolve the dispute through direct refund to the cardholder – avoiding chargebacks entirely.
