United Nations Says Group Suspected To Be Hutu Rebels Attacked a Tutsi Refugee Camp in Rwanda and Killed At Least 200 People

The attackers raided about 100 tents in the camp housing a 1,000 refugees from the Masisi area in neighboring Congo, Paula Ghedini, a U.N. spokeswoman said. Up to 200 are believed to be dead and as many wounded, she said.
