Police identify man struck, killed by train in Virginia

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) — Police in Virginia have identified a man who was struck and killed by an Amtrak train in Richmond.
Twenty-four-year-old Alfredo Sanic of Henrico was killed when he was struck by a train Sunday evening.
Officers say that witnesses saw the man walking south along the tracks toward the train when he was struck.
The train was going from Lorton, Virginia, to Sanford, Florida. Amtrak says there were no injuries to any crew members or passengers.
Police say foul play is not suspected.
