Largent Into Wash. Hall of Fame

SEATTLE (AP) _ NFL Hall of Fame receiver Steve Largent, now a congressman from Oklahoma, heads a field of five new members inducted into the state of Washington Sports Hall of Fame.
Largent, who starred for the Seattle Seahawks from 1976-89, joined the late Rod Funseth, Rod Belcher, Pat Lesser Harbottle and Mac Wilkins.
Funseth won three events on the PGA tour, Harbottle is recognized as one of the state's all-time golf greats, Wilkins won a gold medal in the discus at the 1976 Olympics in Montreal and Belcher worked more than 50 years as one of the Northwest's top radio and TV sports broadcasters.
State of Washington Sports Hall of Fame member plaques are displayed in the State Historical Museum in Tacoma.
