PRAGUE (AP) — Czech Republic midfielder Milan Petrzela has returned to his former Czech club of Viktoria Plzen from Bundesliga club Augsburg.

Plzen, the Czech champion, says the 30-year-old has signed a three-year contract.

Petrzela moved to Augsburg from Plzen after the European Championship last year on a three-year-deal but failed to make a starting lineup, partly due to injury.

He and Augsburg agreed to terminate his contract.

Petrzela has played 14 internationals.
