SAO PAULO (AP) — Brazilian police say gunmen raided a security company and made off with the equivalent of more than $2 million.

The heist occurred Wednesday night in the southeastern city of Campinas.

Police say at least 10 heavily armed men in three cars opened fire when they arrived at the company, slightly wounding one security guard.

Once inside, they stole several money bags containing 7 million reals ($2.4 million) from an armored car.
