Woman Disrupts Debate

HANOVER, N.H. (AP) _ An unidentified woman whose yelling interrupted Thursday night's Republican presidential debate was escorted out of the theater by police.
Hanover Police Capt. Chris O'Connor said Dartmouth College security officials called his department to remove the woman after she refused to leave.
The woman, who was seated in the balcony overlooking the stage, began shouting as another woman tried to ask Gary Bauer the third question of the debate. She demanded a cut in military spending ``so we can have good schools, good health care, good education ....''
O'Connor said she left the theater without incident when police arrived. She was not arrested and police do not plan to charge her, he said.
He did not have any information about whether the woman had a ticket to the event or was allowed in because there was extra room in the theater.
