LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) _ Tempus Fugit took the lead early and drew off down the lane for a 6 1/4-length victory over Honorable Cat in Thursday's $60,400 allowance for fillies and mares, 3 and up, at Churchill Downs.

Ridden by Eddie Martin Jr., Tempus Fugit covered one mile on a fast track in 1:36.68 and paid $6.80, $3.60 and $3. Honorable Cat rallied from fifth and returned $3.60 and $2.80.

Pretty Jane, another three-quarters of a length back in third in the field of seven, was $3.80 to show.

The race was originally slated for the turf, but was moved to the main track due to a soft turf course.

Owned by the Briland Farm of Rob and Stacy Mitchell, Tempus Fugit earned $37,775 to increase her career total to $166,371. The victory was her fourth in 19 lifetime starts.
