HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. (AP) _ The New York Jets allocated seven developmental players to NFL Europe.

Those who will play in the developmental league include offensive tackle Mark Bristol; tight end Steve Brominski; linebackers Kelvin Moses, Dax Strohmeyer and Brent Naccara; wide receiver Shannon Myers; and offensive lineman-long snapper Dennis O'Sullivan.

``There is no substitute for game competition and exposure,'' said Randy Bradway, the Jets' new general manager. Bradway used to work for the Kansas City Chiefs, a team that took advantage of NFL Europe more than most.
