SEATTLE (AP) _ An earthquake rattled the Seattle area on Thursday night for about 20 seconds. No injuries or damage were immediately reported.
There were reports that the quake was felt as far away as 250 miles from Seattle. The temblor's preliminary magnitude was not immediately available, the University of Washington Geophysics Center said.
The quake struck just after 9 p.m., shaking the Seattle Kingdome where the Seattle Mariners were playing the Cleveland Indians. The game, which was in the seventh inning, was postponed until Friday afternoon.
