Australia wins toss, bowls in tri-series ODI vs. England

HOBART, Australia (AP) — Australia won the toss and chose to bowl Friday in the tri-series one-day international against England at Bellerive Oval.
Steve Smith will captain Australia for the first time in one-day internationals in the absence of George Bailey, who is serving a one-match suspension for his second slow over-rate offence.
Shaun Marsh, Cameron White and Moises Henriques joined the Australia lineup in the absence of Bailey, Shane Watson and David Warner. Watson and Warner have both been rested with minor hamstring injuries.
England named the same lineup that beat India by nine wickets in Brisbane on Tuesday.
Australia: Aaron Finch, Shaun Marsh, Steve Smith, Cameron White, Glenn Maxwell, Brad Haddin, Moises Henriques, James Faulkner, Mitchell Starc, Pat Cummings, Gurinder Sandhu.
England: Ian Bell, Moeen Ali, James Taylor, Joe Root, Eion Morgan (captain), Ravi Bopara, Jos Buttler, Chris Woakes, Stuart Broad, James Anderson, Steve Finn.
Umpires: Marais Erasmus, South Africa, and Simon Fry, Australia.
