PHOENIX (AP) _ After a season full of officiating mistakes, NFL owners voted overwhelmingly Wednesday to bring back instant replay for the first time since 1991.

The system to help officials make the right calls will include coaches' challenges and a replay official in the press box who will call for replays in the final two minutes of each half.

``People were willing to take a shot for one year,'' said Tampa Bay coach Tony Dungy, who opposed instant replay in the past but voted for it this year. ``I think replay has been very close the last three to four years, but now we had some teams that maybe were burned on a call and changed their vote.''
