Quake Jolts Indonesian Island

JAKARTA, Indonesia (AP) _ A 6.1 magnitude earthquake jolted Indonesia's Sumatra island on Friday, the Meteorology and Geophysics Agency said.
There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.
An official said the tremor hit the central part of Sumatra at 9:05 a.m. and was centered beneath the Indian Ocean, about 750 miles northwest of Jakarta.
