COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) _ Activists for the disabled were arrested Tuesday after a second round of protests at state office buildings over the way Ohio finances long-term care.

State troopers cited 97 demonstrators, some in wheelchairs, after they attempted to enter a building across from the Statehouse in violation of a court order.

The protesters say the state offers too much money goes to nursing home care over in-home care.

On Monday, 118 protesters were cited for criminal trespass after occupying another downtown state office building.
