Bulls' Kukoc To Miss Game

DEERFIELD, Ill. (AP) _ Toni Kukoc will miss the Chicago Bulls' exhibition game Thursday with tendinitis in his right knee.
Kukoc, the only marquee player left from the Bulls' championship teams, was only 1-of-8 in Chicago's 100-85 loss to the Sacramento Kings Tuesday. He didn't play the fourth quarter and said afterward the knee ``wasn't good.''
``Our trainers and our doctors both think with medicine, it's the type of injury that will go away. It won't need surgery,'' coach Tim Floyd said Wednesday.
Kukoc's knee became inflamed last week. An MRI on Monday revealed the tendinitis, and Floyd said some time off might reduce the swelling.
