HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) _ Sonya Henning had nine points in a 22-3 run to end the game as the San Jose Lasers rallied for a 85-76 victory Saturday over the New England Blizzard at the Civic Center.

After Clarissa Davis-Wrightsil made two free throws for a 73-63 lead with 6:14 left, the Blizzard had four turnovers and shot 2-for-9 to help San Jose (15-15) end a two-game losing streak.

The Lasers clinched the victory by making nine of 10 free throws in the final 1:48, including five of six by Henning.

The Blizzard (11-21) led by as much as 62-46 when a three-point shot and three-point play by reserve Trish Stafford started a 10-0 run that began San Jose's comeback.

Stafford led five San Jose players in double figures with 21 points.

Jones was high for New England with 22. Shanda Berry had 14 points, all in the first half, and 10 rebounds.

The game was played before an American Basketball League record crowd of 11,873.
