CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (AP) _ Earl Anthony went 13-3 in the first two rounds of match play and took a 176-pin lead over Avery LeBlanc on Wednesday at the PBA Albany Senior Open.

Anthony is seeking his sixth seniors victory, his first since returning to professional bowling after a five-year hiatus. The 41-time national tour winner had 8,394 pins for a tournament-best 235 average.

LeBlanc went from sixth to second by going 7-1 during the second match-play block. Dick Nardozza was third at 7,979, followed by Gary Dickinson at 7,978 pins.

The final round of match play is set for Thursday, with the finals Thursday night.
