Wisconsin's Moore thankful for support after uncle's death

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin assistant coach Howard Moore is thankful for the support of those reached out after he said that his uncle was shot and killed in Chicago.
Moore said Wednesday on Twitter that Leroy Moore was caught in crossfire this week. Howard Moore received an outpouring of condolences on social media.
The Wisconsin assistant is from Chicago. He says his family "truly appreciates the sentiments" sent their way.
Howard Moore is in his second stint as an assistant with the Badgers, having rejoined the program in December 2015.
