NEW YORK (AP) _ Reis Inc. (REIS) on Thursday reported a second-quarter loss of $459,000, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

The New York-based company said it had a loss of 4 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs and amortization costs, were 2 cents per share.

The commercial real estate data provider posted revenue of $12 million in the period.

Reis shares have fallen 4 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $19.80, a climb of 5 percent in the last 12 months.
