TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) _ Kelly Tanner passed John Dillon to go ahead with 57 laps remaining, and led the rest of the way Sunday to win the NASCAR Featherlite Southwest Tour 200 at Tucson Raceway Park.

Tanner led the early portion of the NASCAR Winter Heat Series race before pole-sitter Mark Groskreutz and Dillon took turns leading the 26-car field. But Tanner's Chevrolet got back in front and never surrendered the lead.

Matt Crafton was second in a Ford and Sean Monroe was third in another Chevrolet. Tony Toste was fourth in a Chevrolet and Groskreutz fifth in a Pontiac.

``I was a bit conservative at the end,'' Tanner said. ``I cut off the bottom because my spotter told me Crafton was good on the bottom.''

Tanner won $6,125, and beat Crafton to the finish by .71 seconds. He averaged 61.884 mph.
