Authorities: Man dies after ultralight crash in Michigan

COLFAX TOWNSHIP, Mich. (AP) — Authorities say a 44-year-old man has died after the ultralight aircraft he was flying crashed into trees along a Michigan roadway.
The crash happened Monday afternoon in Huron County's Colfax Township, about 100 miles (161 kilometers) north of Detroit.
The aircraft was found stuck in the trees about 25 feet (7.5 meters) above the ground. The sheriff's office says Trever Engler of Bad Axe was pronounced dead at the scene.
The sheriff's office says it's investigating the crash along with the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board.
