VILLANOVA, Pa. (AP) _ Junior quarterback Clint Park, playing only the first half, threw for 206 yards and two touchdowns Saturday as Villanova beat Fordham 49-10 in a non-conference game.

Park, who completed 15 of 22 passes, threw both touchdowns to wide receiver Brian Finneran as the Wildcats (3-1) built a 35-0 halftime lead. Finneran had seven receptions for 107 yards.

Halfback Curtis Sifford rushed for 78 yards and two touchdowns for Villanova, of the Yankee Conference. Cornerback Ademale Turner blocked a punt and scored to give the Wildcats a 42-0 lead with 12:38 left in the third quarter.

Fordham (0-3) didn't score until Mark Ruoff kicked a 27-yard field goal with 6:27 left in the game. The Rams scored their only touchdown when Dan Colonna hit Gerald McDermott with a five-yard pass with 1:08 left.

Villanova has beat Fordham, of the Patriot League, nine straight times and leads the series 17-3-4.
